These are the paintings of Mr Lows students. Is so nice to add the touch of your interior decoration with paintings. Mr always encourage students to participate exhibition and he would organise once or twice a year exhibiton to showcase the students’ works in the public.
This is the students art exhibition at The Serangoon. Most impressingly are some students benifited from Mr Low teaching staged their own art exhibitions. Andrea Pohle and Christine hold their exhibition at Kreta Ayer CC. Larissa and Doris made it at SMU. They were all very successful.

Mr Low is an inspirational artist and constantly looking for subect of interest to paint as well for his student. If you have fond memory of a landscape of your holiday trip you contribute for him and his students painting. Once completed we will email you the painting and as a token of appreciation we will send you an A3 size printed copy. Your contribution of picture is subect to our selection whether is suitable for painting. Please send posing photo of your friends or family member or yourself. Hello i'm Cai Ying and together with my friend Kit Wei, we are art coordinators in an organization call Art Inspiration. Art Inspiration is owned and managed by an established local fine artist in Singapore Mr Low Tho Seng. We are here to talk and share with you about fine art and how you actually can make art as part of your life.
Kit Wei and I have been learning painting from Mr Low for many years. Mr Low is very inspiration artist and teacher. He guided us the right way to do oil, watercolour and pastel painting. He is very patience, approachable and a great motivator. We enjoy painting a lot from him.
Mr Low has participated numberable art exbibitions and his works had been highly commended in UOB painting of the year and IBM painting of the year. His collectors include Singapore Art Museum, Keppel group, National Library and individual in local and overseas.
This is Mr Low watercolour painting in the Art Museum. He has done various commisioned works such as painting portrait for Nepal Princess and cabinet ministers of Singapore.
This is the a portrait presented to Mr Goh Chok Tong a former Prime Minister in Singapore. Mr Low’s works were admirable and well received by many. As an art instructor he wanted his students' works to be of high standard. As such he guided us through detail painting. The finished paintings were impressive.Many students were very proud of their works and had them displayed at home, office and other places of work such as clinic. Some use it as gift for their love one or business associates. How wonderful to own a painting done by your own effort.
Mr Low also go and teach at his students’ house. This is something special to his students to save time and enjoy painting at the comfort of their home.
